First Christmas where all three boys could really enjoy the holiday season. Matthew loved the Christmas lights and would say "Wooooooo" everytime we turned on the tree or went outside. Benjamin had the great idea to light up the trees in the front yard so that he could "swing under the lights every night" (which we did, almost every night of December we had ot swing under the lights, Matthew even fell asleep a few times in his swing) We had a lot of fun getting ready for Christmas, we made our first Christmas Train with snow and a skating rink, we decorated the house with snowflakes, and made our own magic snowman. Benji had so much fun buying presents for Gabriel and Matthew, but the suspense on gift giving was almost too much- everyday he wanted to bring the gifts to Gabriel's house so they could play! We spent a lot of time with family, went on a Christmas light tour, went to see Santa at the mall twice, and made gingerbread cookies for Santa's reindeer. Benji got a Trek Big Boy Bike that made his face light up. He also got a Bubble Leafblower, Tool Bench, Fender Electric guitar, BarBQue Set and a jellybean gumball machine (although he keeps mentioning that he told santa he wanted a gumball machine that made the gumballs spiral down, opps) Matthew got the cutest little drum set, a little tykes red and yellow "coupe" that he got in and out of at least 200 times the first day, a Red Rider scooter, cute books and trucks and a Webble Wobble Ferris Wheel :-) Fun time was had by all!
